Kostomarov was her co-partner in 2000. They won the bronze medal of Russia at the 2000 European Figure Skating Championships. Both skaters were able to succeed in their partnership as they both won the Finlandia Trophy and participated in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. They also achieved more as a team however their most memorable moment was placing 15th in the 1998 World Championships.
